end of year virtual art show

The new decade began with unexpected new beginnings. Teachers within weeks became masters in teaching online, using various online platforms to teach and keep a record of student growth. Art teachers performed miracles in their online classes with engaging lessons and keeping the students motivated regardless of the COVID fatigue.
Among other school events, the end of year art show also got canceled.

The end of the year art show is an important part of the curriculum. Students gain valuable skills in displaying and discussing their pieces of art created over the academic year. Through this experience, they learn to be self-reflective and able to receive and give critical feedback.

To ensure that this part of the learning doesn't get left, I planned an end of year virtual art show. This project would bring the entire school and community together again, virtually, to celebrate the end of the year and all the accomplishments the students have achieved.
